SpectrumAs a company, I feel Spectrum is well run. Although, there is definite room for improvement. We have a good hierarchy of employees. From top down, as employees we know who is in charge and who to go to, but there is a lack of communication. Especially in our department, we do not know what needs to be done and when it needs to be done by. I believe if there was more communication our company would be much more efficient.

SelfI believe I am a relatively proficient employee. I always finish the task I am given. Sometimes I may miss a deadline. That is usually due to a lack of personal organization, but in the past it has been due to a lack of communication with myself and chiefs. I believe that every task I complete is done with great quality and efficiently. As a member of HR, I have been tasked with making the company more efficient, such as the making a survey for the BD Mongolian Fundraiser. When I am not working on that I provide assistance to other departments as well. For example, I helped design the marketing board for a trade show.

Future
I feel the first step to becoming a more functional and efficient employee would to become more organized. If I have a better system of organization I will be able to be more timely. I think that a better system of communications throughout the company will be beneficial to everyone.
